Our History

1

Where It Began

WindShire Kennel’s story began more than a decade ago with a love for Pugs—their affectionate personalities, playful nature and loyal companionship. That passion grew into a commitment to responsible breeding, raising healthy and well-socialized puppies, and continually learning how to preserve the qualities that make the Pug such a cherished breed.

Expanding the Program

In 2023, the program entered a new chapter with the addition of French Bulldogs. At the same time, WindShire Kennel increasingly focused on exceptional show-quality bloodlines and began pursuing show-quality Pugs as part of the next stage of development.

Pursuing Excellence

Today, WindShire Kennel focuses on Pugs and French Bulldogs that reflect excellent health, sound structure, stable temperament and correct breed type. The program includes two show Pugs and continues to seek outstanding French Bulldog bloodlines that support long-term preservation goals.
